By focusing on foods that you enjoy you can lose weight while maintaining your current size. It’s also important to choose those options that are as natural as possible. This is important because many artificial ingredients can be problematic when consumed over a long period of time.

Even though your body will burn fat for energy when consuming a high protein meal it may convert some of that fat into cholesterol. This can lead to high blood pressure or even heart disease. You don’t have to completely give up all protein. In fact, by choosing carefully you can keep your diet loaded with high quality protein while still keeping your diet low in fat.
